Today the Wings Over Scotland Twitter account posted: "Amazing that the Yoons still think 'the UK will abandon you after 50 years of paying them your NI' is a winning line on pensions".
Is the Rev Stu or one of his disciples now an expert on pensions? Seems they think they know more than the Department for Work & Pensions!

The Freedom of Information request makes it clear that the responsibility for paying pensions in an Independent Scotland falls squarely on the Scottish government's shoulders.
The letter states: "At the time of the letter the correct statement was ‘In the event of independence, State Pensions and benefits in Scotland for its citizens would be the responsibility of a Scottish Government. Therefore, any questions about entitlements in an independent Scottish state should be directed to the Scottish Government.’"
