Tasmina Ahmed Sheikh: 'nice stockings', 'mad Jock', 'woof woof'

SNP MP Tasmina Ahmed Sheikh is in full victim mode after a long line of alleged abuse - a lot of it seemingly from Tories...

Just in case she forgets her identity- or, maybe, in case we forget, she has pinned a tweet to her Twitter account:

A tweet retweeted by Tasmina Ahmed-Sheikh rants:

Meanwhile, Ahmed-Sheikh recalls being in the tea room when another MP said to her face: "Oh, it's the mad Jock"
The tweet continues the rant:

On another occasion, someone said to her: "Nice stockings Tasmina!"
Last night there was an Emergency Debate to discuss Donald Trump's "Muslim Bill". Tasmina Ahmed-Sheikh stood to condemn Trump’s policy, and the UK Government's weak and slow response to it. It is understood that the usual barracking and noise took place. At this point it is alleged that Sir Nicholas Soames, grandson of Sir Winston Churchill, "woofed" at her.

There are reports today suggesting that Tory MP Nicholas Soames has said that the “woof” sound he made at Tasmina Ahmed-Sheikh was a "friendly canine salute".

Tasmina Ahmed-Sheikh had raised a point of order:

“During my response from the SNP benches to the Foreign Secretary’s statement I understand that Sir Nicholas, who has always afforded me courtesy and respect, was making sort of woof woof-sounding noises to what I was saying, which I find of course extremely disrespectful.”
Sir Nicholas has apologised:

“I thought that in her question to the Foreign Secretary, she snapped at him a bit at the end, so I offered her a friendly canine salute in return.
The usual grievance tweets from the other SNP MPs appeared such as from Michelle Thomson who said that Tasmina has been subjected to the worst cases of abuse as an MP. Stockings - oh, sorry she said "Shocking".
